Radio Service, Inc. delivers to any UPS acceptable address in the US. We are currently not accepting orders for shipment outside the United States. All items are shipped via Regular Ground UPS, normal delivery time is 5 business days. We use the UPS rate system to calculate all freight charges which are based from zip code to zip code and by weight. Typical frieght charges are $7.50. Free shipping for all radio orders!
At Radio Service, Inc. all in stock items are shipped within 24 hours of you placing your order. We ship in-stock items on the business day following your order, and if possible, we will ship the same day. If we have a question with your order, we will hold shipment until you can be contacted. If any items you order are currently out of stock you will be notified with the expected shipping day of the out-of-stock item(s). Shipping charges for merchandise which is shipped back to us, due to an incorrect address (provided by the customer), will still be billed to your credit card.
If you cancel your order after Radio Service, Inc. has shipped it, you are still responsible for the costs associated with shipping it (this includes our shipping costs associated with FREE shipping offers). Refusing to accept the delivery of your order does not constitute a cancellation of that order. You are still responsible for all costs associated with shipping the order to you. The refund that you will receive is only for the merchandise returned to us.
