We wish to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We accept all returns under the conditions stated below.

Any product returned for credit or refund must be returned to us within 15 days of the original purchase date. No returns after 15 days. All returned products must be in the original packaging and in 'as-new' condition. There will be a 20% restocking charge levied on all returned items that are returned without an alternate item(s) purchaseda as a replacement to the original item. Items purchased with a credit card will be refunded through the processor to the credit card on which the purchase was made. Returns for purchases made by check will be made by company check.
