This is the Kenwood Protalk KHS-27 Speaker microphone accessory. This unit has a outer ear D-Ring ear hanger and incorporates the Microphone in a clip on lapel fashion, avoiding a boom mic at face level. The convenient Push To Talk switch is place between the radio and microphone for ease of use.
