Radios sent to Radio Service, Inc. for repair will be bench tested and repaired as needed. All repaired radios will be tuned for manufacturers specifications before leaving our facility. Radio Service, Inc. is authorized to repair all models mentioned in the repair form. Any radio requiring extensive repairs costs will have prices quoted to the customer before action is taken. Equipment that is beyond repair shall be returned to the customer with an evaluation fee of $15.00. The customer has the option of declining return of the equipment and no fees will be levied.
