Radio Service, Inc. was founded in January of 1997. Originally setting out to be a service only shop for two way radio users, we quickly understood that our customers would need a line of dependable two way radios. After a long and successful run with Motorola Spirit radios, we found that the quality that Motorola was settling for in their lower tier radios was much like a consumer end product that left very little room for servicing. Since then, we have selected Kenwood Protalk two way radio as the two way radio of choice. The warranty was as good as Motorola's, the equipment seemed comparable, and the support for the parts was acceptable. We've had great success with the product and if a radio goes down, it can be readily repaired without having to scrap it for a new one. William ( Bill ) Erickson

Bill has over 28 years of experience in the electronics industry. He has earned a certificate with honors in Advanced Electronics from the National Institute of Technology. Bill has advanced training in micro-processors and micro-circuitry and has been recognized by Motorola as a Communications Specialist holding numerous Certificates in Circuit Board Repair and System Infrastructure Analysis. He has been certified by NABER and is licensed by the Federal Communications Commission. Bill is also an excellent trainer and has transferred many of his skills to his subordinate technicians.
